“I’ve been going to Harmony regularly since May, 2010. I go there for one reason: massage. Harmony has some very gifted, very caring Registered Massage Therapists. I actually go to two of them, regularly: Edysha and Heidi. They are both very good, they both have slightly different approaches and styles, which is why I like to alternate visits with them – they compliment each other very well. Edysha comes from a yoga background, and incorporates that into her massage techniques. Heidi has more of a traditional sports background, and that’s reflected in the way she provides massage therapy. I would highly recommend both; they are very knowledgeable, very warm individuals who go the extra mile to ensure their clients are looked after. The atmosphere at Harmony is also very warm, very much like a family, as the centre’s name would suggest. I can’t speak to any of the other services (acupuncture, TCM, naturopathy, etc.), as I have not really tried them, but I would venture they offer the same quality service as my RMT’s, Edysha and Heidi.”.
